I feel like this has been explained countless time

Yes, Generex was planning bonuses, after all they state in the filings salaries are listed yet haven’t been paid. They planned a spin out. They planned on that finally bringing in significant funds to propel the companies and finally award BOD or employees due compensation.
The spin out hasn’t occurred.
“During the three months ended October 31, 2020, the Company awarded executives and employees bonus compensation of $7,005,416 to be paid in approximately $1 million in cash and $6 million in stock. The cash portion is to be paid out before December 31, 2020 and the stock portion is expected to be issued by January 31, 2021.”
These bonuses hence haven’t been awarded, much like past salaries weren’t awarded and are due. So, go and look at each subsequent quarterly report. The last was in June. The full amount is listed in General and Administrative Expenses in the full amount “to be” paid.
It’s not paid.
That aside, there’s always the possibility of money inappropriately going to a person. That would be something criminal. As far as we know, that’s not currently on the table. To me, what is obvious is a poor management plan on acquiring toxic (Veneto) or worthless (Hema for one) companies to be a Holding Company. That’s a bad idea because all limited resources should have gone to Ii-Key and some to Oral-Lyn (which completely stalled under Joe). Building out clinics makes no sense until cash comes in as AE37 shows success or the Covid vaccine starts real human trials.
