Insolvency it is. I will vote a hard no for any of those number. You are crazy to think that we won’t get money going forward after investors deny a buyout offer even that high. Investors will be like wtf did we miss…. Money will come flowing in.
So yes it will do nothing except create a bidding war or other companies to go, oh fuck who’s Cytodyn. Maybe we should offer them 15 instead of 5 then I can rant on here telling everyone that’s also a joke of an offer. Try 50….
