Who knows. I don't know much about their arbitration or how it proceeds in that State. Arbitration was originally sold to the public as being faster than court and jury trials. However, my experience is that is not always the case, that sometimes arbitration is even longer than court proceedings. In fact, many times, particularly now with the pandemic, mediators and arbitrators are booked solid for six months or more, even for a single day mediation, and this is going to obviously be a multiple day arbitration. But again, I don't know how the wait times are in that State, could be much shorter or even longer. Non-legally speaking I would expect that nothing significant would happen until after the inspection/audit and after the data was all transferred from Amarex to CytoDyn. So if anyone is looking for the arbitration to instantly resolve, short of a settlement, they may be disappointed. But, it's possible some of the arbitration dates have been already set. The 10-Qs and 10-Ks might update us on this as they go along.
