I looked up a bunch of domain names previously (last year) as you want an easy one to remember and there are just a few that would work or make sense.

I would bet they had to buy it from a squatter. Just like shop.live isn't available either so that other company had to go with shoptalk.live
The problem with multiple words is, who can remember the right order. I always type in shop talk live into google and the first thing that pops up is a woodworking site. https://www.finewoodworking.com/blog/shop-talk-live
It must have bugged the hell out of shoptalk.live so they also had to buy the domain talkshop.live
I call that friction when someone doesn't know your domain.

Oh that's the other thing about domain sites. You want one that won't be mistyped. I once wrote a paper on how to choose domain names since the company I worked for was buying bunches.
