Nader was terminated without cause per the 8K dropped yesterday .
So it wasnt for gross incompetence, lying or something neferious because now he gets 18 months severence and all his option grants become immediatley excersizable ( if the arn't under water I suppose).
So to me either he was holding up financial or partner deal and had to go.
Don't be surprised if our new president comes from our new partner if it is announced
