It's the news that's before us. And, as the days/weeks go by, it hasn't changed, so I won't argue that point. Regardless, it needs to be reiterated weekly until the company does something about it. It's the facts before us. This is not the normal way of doing business for any company, not to mention what we have become accustomed to with this company, prior to July 2021. At least I'm not making excuses as to why things are what they are. So, I believe it's been approximately 7 months since Joe has said anything officially. If something needs to be said, then it needs to come from Joe. As far as Todd, per your own statement from Todd himself, they are dealing with "some serious issues" that they obviously are confronted with. That in itself doesn't imply things are going good. Notice Todd didn't say "ONE", he said "SOME ISSUES", which is more than "ONE". You have offered no good explanation as to why the company was kicked out of their corporate office nor have you provided any new location nor has the company. Also, you have no good explanation as to why the financials were not released and continue to not be released. Also, you provide absolutely no good reason as to why company officials have departed the company, and in most cases, quietly. All of this is pertinent information in what shareholders have a right to know in order to help them evaluate the company in which they own shares. As far as an investigation, if the SEC says they leave it up to the company to report an investigation, an investigation in which Joe himself acknowledges, then why have they not? As far as news/updates, it's not like we are a day or week late with news/update about an IPO or "Complete Vaccine", we are months overdue. Joe needs to explain. This is what is before us and not some make believe story.
