If this company is under investigation as Joe impl

If this company is under investigation as Joe implies and has been under investigation for 2 plus years & counting, it may be indicative of how he has been running this company. Whether the company has violated anything or not, Joe is at the helm and is responsible for the current conditions. Therefore, it may be time to have Joe removed and put someone in there who will run this company the way it needs to. Heck, they have NOT communicated officially with shareholders in any way, shape, or form for approximately 7 months. In addition to that, the Quarterly & Annual financials have NOT been released, company officials have DEPARTED with no explanation or announcement, and they got kicked out of our corporate office of record. The story goes on & on. We all know this is the OTC. But, it doesn't mean folks want to give their investments away either! No CEO should treat their shareholders this way! The SEC clearly states, they leave it up to the company to report an investigation or not. Ask yourself this, why does Joe chose NOT to officially report the investigation(s) to shareholders? IMHO, it's one of two things. Whatever is going on must be that bad, that it would be better to remain silent. Or, there is no investigation. Regardless, whatever the reason is, Joe has failed his responsibilities to his shareholders. Joe needs to go!
