It seems to me that if the 700mg Nash data was a material disclosure it would have been disclosed based on who the COB is and Sidley appears to still be at hand. They may not have to be disclosed until complete and complete is at the company's discretion and timing. There may also be a material reason not to disclose at this time. I have confidence in those making the decision not to disclose the data and because of the critical aspect of the data to us shareholders it's likely to be a damn good reason not to disclose.
