IMO doc is always talking about SEC and NASDAQ which no one disputes requires a website (UNVC has always had a listing on OTC so public listing meant something else to him). We can just disagree on this. Doesn't matter to me at all what people believe.
I will say that OTCIQ involves a lot of services they TRY to upsell you - like having real time quotes on you company website. Find it very odd that the auditors that approve stocks going Pink are ignoring the fact that many of them don't have websites in their profile or at all.
