As originally reported on YMB and later confirmed and discussed by several well respected members here, CYDY has withdrawn 3 job openings for positions in clinical trial management. I agree that this is a development worth pondering.
so what's keeping me up at nights? Hemingway:

“How did you go bankrupt?” Bill asked. “Two ways,” Mike said. “Gradually, then suddenly.”
CYDY has big bills due/overdue (don't forget the bond too), with a SP that, if they sold everything, they could scrape by for a bit more; perhaps that's what's keeping their heads above water. If you're in a cash crunch and keeping the lights on is task #1 then hiring stops. I've seen it happen before.
Counter arguments are that Sidley would likely walk if they saw that they couldn't get paid. Maybe the stock sales going on recently are to keep current with them as the company moves towards whatever fate lies ahead. I dunno what that is, no one does, but a black hole potentially looms.
BO? Partnership? Could be too, but only if the data we haven't seen yet for NASH, current survival rate for MTNBC beyond 12 months and/or maybe Brazil enrollment that went ballistic last couple weeks really is/are over the moon good. No transparency here is frustrating as a shareholder. I'm counting on (hoping!) there being a positive readout on something - enough to keep a suitor on the hook.
Reading tea leaves? Maybe we need a Haruspex who can look at some goat entrails as we are really in the dark here. It's a wild ride to the finish, and it feels like we don't have more than 30 or so days to a defining event. I don't see us limping along like we have in the past for another year, lurching from one NP promised set of results to another.
Buckle up amigos, gonna be a wacky ride, IMHO.
