Likely a much-much lower deal that Nader refused to accept and was sacked "immediately." Looks now like everything that happened last year had a calculated method in it: 13D poisonous campaign, Amarex fraud/data withdrawal and litigation, CYDY's SEC subpoenas,unrelenting shorting and FUD campaign in social media, SEC vs Fife, pitiful pace of Brazil enrollments, and all the rest. Was it a pure coincidence?
