I agree with you 100%. That's what I am thinking too. I think we will see a buying rush before they hike the rates and then level off or drop some. However, there seems to be a very high demand still for houses right now with them selling the day they hit the market 5/10K+ over asking. All older homes too because the cost to build is so high with inflation and supply chain issues, although it appears supply chain issues are beginning to ease.
