IMO the documents were probably signed 1st week in Jan. Next week OS shares added. 2 weeks later shares allocated to DTC. Slow but steady.
Jan 25 - Transfer agent share structure change: 45.5 million from the 60.9 million finally reach DTC
Jan 11 - Transfer agent share structure change: 60.09 million added to OS
Jan 10 - "All good but a process - agency's short on staff etc slow. So I won't tweet etc any more until more control over outside entities"
Dec 22 - Tweet: "Documents being prepared for signature. Delivery for a Happy New Year."
