that's debatable...a market maker still has to set a price before it opens on nasdaq whether we IPO or not. how will that price be established?
based on market cap - the roll up.
once thats made public through an 8k I think Kesmit will start the round up. if we open on nasdaq without any help at 4$ min say why then would we need kesmit to garner investment capital? it would just be marketing from there. imho. but what do I know?? lol
doc is not on the BOD just to get a hand from Kesmit. I'm sure they have non disclosure agreements signed for good reason..it will be interesting to see what evolves with their relationship.
