There are so many ways to read the tea leaves on this, but given they're keeping the NASH results quiet, it still leads me to believe they're negotiating something. I have the opinion that NP would be tight fisted and tenacious when dealing with BPs, so it could have been him against the board. I guess we'll know soon one way or another.
