Remember that in the study at the VA hospitals, using hydroxychloroquine increased the chance of death from 11% to 22%.
I don't remember them making a big deal of that either, although of course hydroxy was NOT approved for COVID treatment so maybe there would be no reason for them to issue a warning for a drug being used off label.
