Seems to me that the most likely scenario is whatever the BP partner finds the most agreeable/advantageous, first for themselves and second for us. Hopefully they are through "CRAFTING" the PR and our team of crack legal eagles and theirs have dotted all the "i's" and crossed all the "t's" in the partnership agreement.
When I entered my 60's, I told myself I had to slow down, stop trying to rush through life.....but this period from the cancellation of the CC to now has put me back in that frame of mind I spent over 40 years in. When I passed my Real Estate licensing exam, I was but 20 years old and had to wait until my 21st birthday for my license to be issued. Every day, I had to sit there in the "Bullpen" as it was called then, looking at a cartoon of two very hungry buzzards on the wall that my manager posted, that read "PATIENCE MY ASS, I JUST WANNA KILL SOMETHING!"
