There is no conspiracy. BP is already trusted by the FDA and CYDY is not, thus, things are easier for BP. It DOES make sense. Maybe someday, if CYDY can get an approval, then the FDA will trust them too (or whatever company owns CYDY by then).

Also, management does NOT need to "overwhelm the FDA with data", they need to just provide the strong data that they FDA has asked for. Nothing more, nothing less. Once CYDY does that, there will be ZERO need have to "take it public" as it will be undeniable.
