Question is, how do you define "officially". Also, probably need to distinguish between Generex and NuGenerex. Also, could there be terminations vs resignations?
Rich Purcell told me he was no longer with Generex but wouldn't comment about NuGenerex and he said he was still working on a covid vaccine.
Salvo for sure, as he filed paperwork.
Mark Corrao, emailed me he resigned very recently. Stated he did so in August, even though he is on record as to having signed filings in December. Why would he have access to company email if he resigned months earlier?
