and everyone would ask about Amarex and he might spill the beans.
So Sidley said "You hired us to advise you in how best to advance your business, as our website says in regard to guiding companies.... and we are saying STFU for now so that the shorts don't once again take advantage of knowing timelines."
It's also totally reasonable to speculate that the reason for cancelling the call was a negotiation of some sort, and the one we know about is the Amarex one which, days after cancelling the conference call, resulted in the information being revealed that BOTH parties had agreed to defer the deadlines. Would they do that because they all wanted a longer winter vacation, or because they were negotiating and felt that they were making progress?
It's dinner time. I was already served baloney so I guess it's time for veggies.....
