Initial drafts of a Form 10 can be submitted confidentially, but the actual application cannot - it would be posted to OTC for everybody to see. Form 10 automatically becomes effective 60 days after submission.
Doc filed a Form 144 to sell shares - he would not have ever been able to do this if UNVC were ever 'officially' deemed a shell at any point in the past (the Evergreen rule). If it was ever officially deemed a shell, he would have no choice but to file the Form 10 to register securities with the SEC and remove any prior shell designations before the Form 144 could be filed or executed.
As the dilution charts shows shares have been released / sold, it's safe to say that UNVC was never officially a shell.
Nothing showing on FINRA or SEC - Doc hasn't filed anything.
Which raises an interesting question - if his intention was to become fully reporting or to uplist to another exchange, why didn't he have audited accounts processed when going Pink?
