Drano: DOJ prosecuting CRO employees for falsifying clinical trial records raises another possibility to explain the federal subpoenas served on CYDY. I haven't followed the subpoenas controversy very closely, but I believe most of the speculation has centered on SEC violations. However, given what has come to light re the HIV BLA application and the messed up patient distribution in CD12, it seems at least plausible that the subpoenas may be related to communications between CYDY and Amarex. Pure speculation on my part, but hardly inconceivable. Thanks for the link.
