So let me clear up a few things that some of you assume I meant. No offense.
First my friend, Doc told ss that the Documents being prepared for signature in December tweet was for acquisitions. Not the big week October tweet.

Second, yes I have done plenty of DD on this Form 10 and most SEC forms can be filed confidentially. There is actually a page where you can see were all Form 10s were filed up to today, but UNVC is not on their and most likely wont be on their. Not because I know we filed, cause I have no idea. BUT if Doc filed, he could have done it confidentially and we would have no idea and it does not show up on that list.
Third, let me make it clear, I KNOW we are not a shell. Im very well aware of that, me of all people knows we are not a shell. I do not need everyone posting DD to prove to me we are not a shell. BUT the SEC and an average joe schmoo who looks at our company's financials and nothing else, then yes we are a bare shell thats needs to acquire companies because we have not rolled up our subsidiaries yet and they are not shown on the financials. That's all carry on.
