It's either waiting for the new 700 dose data and assimilating to present, new partnership, negotiations with lawsuit ongoing and being ironed out or some other event that could require a quiet period. My interpretation is it is a positive event. How positive is the question. Not trying to be a cheerleader but when you list the positives and negatives, the propensity to positive outweighs the negative. Simple math.
