I imagine it was set up to help some speciific need that Mr Crisci knew about. Maybe someone he was close to or a specific need he became aware and touched his heart.

I reached out to the web developer last week and let her know the link wasn't working. She promptly responded and updated the link. I made another suggestion as to content to both her and through the web site contact form which I hope they will address.
