Just a few random thoughts about the cancellation of the scheduled cc...
- Boards had been buzzing for weeks about cash position (weak) and
necessity of posting the $6.5 million dollar bond.
- Fretting about money owed to Samsung was becoming the new panic
button.
- NASH results were being HIGHLY anticipated, frustration over waiting for
same was undeniably growing by the day.
- Brazil trials had become a source of palpable disappointment.
- Many posters across the various boards were literally BEGGING for word of
a partnership (many were even looking for a buyout).
So, the catalyst to outright cancelling this cc COULD have been the necessity of dealing with any one of these issues, but it is far more likely to be the last issue, rather than just any one of the first four as it would be well worth risking the appearance of an imminent collapse in the sp, whereas simply solving the money issue by selling shares or doing further private placements would have taken the first two off the board, announcing the NASH results, in full or in pieces would reduce that anxiousness, and same for Brazil trials....simple update would move us on our merry way again. That leaves us in the inexorable position of expecting a "Major Announcement"
