Looks like Joe fooled us all, he is hiding and can't be trusted. The gofundme has been removed too, maybe a gofundme for Class Action will generate more to get to the bottom unless PR will clarify what's next for GNBT/NGIO/NUGX.
One major concern if li-key IP is transferred to any domestic or foreign entity.......if so they could be the big winner and potential "billion"royalties up in smoke.
