I keep wondering how "you folks" can make such definite statements such as "It's quite clear that nothing they said ever occurred."
How, on earth, is this "quite clear"? The only thing that is absolutely clear and without any doubt is "that we have not received any kind of update from the company in many months", and "we absolutely do not know WHY THAT IS." These are undeniable facts!
But does the "absence of updates" makes it clear that nothing has happened? My clear answer to such a question is "definitely NOT".
So, let's once again assume that the company officials have received some kind of "gag order" that is strictly enforced, and if not adheard to even worse things would happen (such as NGIO will never have an IPO; or somebody would go to jail, if he could not keep his mouth shut), does that mean that the company or at least a subsidiary such as Olaregen couldn't have made the progress promised to us during the May CC? I don't think so!
It is absolutely possible, and it is not "absolutely clear" that this has not happened, right?
If the entire management team would have given up, why is Todd still responding to some of our emails with "can't answer your questions right now, but we will publish updates as soon as that will be possible". Why would he even bother writing such emails?
So I am not saying that the current situation is all I ever hoped for. To the contrary. I am as tired and frustrated about the CompleteSilence, as I stated many times before. But I still cannot understand how "some folks" here can make such bold definite statements as if everything is said and done, while knowind nothing more than anybody else on here. Why are you always expecting the worst?
The BOD members, who are leaving might as well have a personal issue with Joe (and based on his appearances on here, who could actually blame them?), or totally disagree with his way of dealing with the current situation. This does not necessarily have to mean that "Titanic has hit the iceberg" and "rats are leaving the sinking ship".
So can we please postpone the planning of the funeral until the day that we will all know that "Schroedinger's cat" in fact is dead?? Please??
