That still doesn't sound good. And saying nothing still makes no sense and the fact that board members flee speaks for itself. The Caridi personnel seems to be another example of the incompetence of the leadership. (unfortunately) I would be very happy with 0.30 cents. A complete sale seems to be the only solution under this leadership.
