Not sure, trying to confirm but I think because he is fully curent and up to date with OTC, I think he has to file Quarter 4 report by February 15th, 2022, then Annual Report by March 31st, 2022, then Quarter 1 report by May 15th, 2022 and so on. Trying to confirm if he has to do quarter 4 and annual or can he just do annual in by end of March 2022.
