I am not sure on that. I the past companies didn't pay much attention to the rule. However now, I think now they probably do pay attention. I have a couple projects and don't have time to call and ask right now. It really doesn't matter as we don't know the day of signing, the important point is Doc should and probably will follow their rules. If he signed on the 5th then we are past the 10 days. Note it is an OTC Markets rule and I assume it can be 'bent' if they want to. Doc is doing everything tight lipped, maybe they will let him delay disclosure for a short period of time.
