Update: "SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
First of all, Happy New Year Everyone!
If I sound overly optimistic than usual, well that’s because we achieved several major milestones of developments that will contribute to the overall plan and business developments.
Some of you may already know that I’m part of a group that has 7 public companies and several private companies. We have a fairly ambitious plan that involves all of them. The common denominator is that we set up all of them to move up and upgrade to a different trading tier, and last year, SEC made things even easier as far as compliance and moving companies to the “big board” NASDAQ.
We accomplished a lot towards our plan for SUTI, and we still have a few small items to complete. For example, we did file all the disclosures, and on time so as to beat the September 30th SEC deadline, but only achieved “Yield” and now we will complete to get the “current status” this Q1.
Our finances were enhanced last year with several of our companies successfully launching cryptocurrencies and NFT’s, and so we have our MJ processing systems ready to launch as well as following BDGR, PRPM and AURI, SUTI will launch its own MJVC Tokens. The main difference of having the “Pilot Program” done and launched with BDGR, the codes are done, and our trading platforms are ready and will follow BDGR distribution, which has now been evaluated at $ 2.05 by Knightsbridge Funds and several European Institutions. If SUTI MJVC Tokens trades at a fraction of that, well you can do your own math, but I’m happy with that thought.
This year, we added and expanded our marketing group that will include several full-time people and marketing Directors. I always want to stay transparent and up to date, and this will add to that effort.
And finally, we are also happy to “tease” everyone with our up-and-coming MJ NFT’s, and I promise you, it’s the most unique and I believe “clever” NFT’s platform so far!
Its promising to be a great year for all of us. Stay tuned for more updates. …..and yes, we are staying current with new technologies and platforms, so yes…Metaverse too , is coming!
