Still here, over Covid. Just waiting on the SEC like all the rest of us. Doc really should not launch unless we are SEC registered. I am convinced the SEC registration and SEC reverse merger paperwork went in back in October. Remember Doc said a long time ago, "SEC last".
I think the mergers are probably approved as it takes a little less time than registration. Registration takes up to 3 months but we had Thanksgiving, Christmas and Covid.
I don't think the private companies have been merged yet, but I think the paperwork is probably sitting on his desk. How long can the SEC take to get the registration done, who knows. I think it is the last step and a 'giant leap for shareholders', sorry had to have a little fun, lol.
