They weren't entirely transparent though, especially about the Series B Preferred shares - and the dividends that go along with them. Still think they'll have to address those at some point.

But overall, I entirely agree with your comment - transparency and accountability are paramount - and from experience it's generally the companies who are quiet that you have to watch.
