Agree it will be hard for NSF to salvage its expected value from Amarex even if there is a settlement.
Partially offsetting the damage, a settlement could include a non-disparagement clause - certainly preferable to NSF overall.
Existing contracts can continue to generate revenue, while the people (under strict supervision) can suddenly become employed by a different NSF subsidiary. Agree the Amarex name itself is likely worth zero for a while.
Buyouts of CROs have been at astronomical prices for at least a couple of years - I remember at least one in the billions. My guess is even a crap one can be "sold for parts."
