1. Amarex thing: I appreciate the posts by lawyers and 'Ohm-chair quarterback' lawyers. Maybe we'll just get the data (to move us forward) and forego the large amount of cash we deserve as a refund or as damages. Pursuing other stuff will take time and money (shoveled out in big piles to the law firms). Makes me think of the 1984 Bhopal India gas leak disaster. Union Carbide owned the plant. Dow Chemical later bought Union Carbide and in 2014 (30 years later), Dow was still a named defendant in many related lawsuits. Tons of info on Wiki....
