Anyone else see the JHB announcement today with Promise Homes? Video on his LinkedIn. I’m not saying we’re absolutely connected but I honestly dont doubt it in some capacity with what dalton has hinted at in his tweets and speech from his last award ceremony.

-200 million line of credit signed and completed on Christmas Eve that they just announced from Barrons. One of biggest for minority they believe
-multistate development
-temporary and permanent homes for many
-more announcements forthcoming (could it possibly be healthcare access to residents ?) who knows
Daltons past tweet before Christmas:
“Documents being prepared for signature. Delivery for happy new year”
—— not saying that’s what he was referring to but interesting timing.
