Thanks, yep, she's def communicative in a timely fashion, as you say. She said that UNVC isn't affiliated with Kizmet in any way, in an email to me. Made a special point of writing that in a followup to a reply she'd made. Doesn't mean they won't be, but she said definitively that they aren't (right now).
