I subscribe to a lot of newsletters because I like learning. Opened up the Rockwater one this afternoon...

So I'm reading the Rockwater newsletter and what do I see?
"One of our livestream selling clients is hiring. Roles include a GM, Heads of Talent and Brand Partnerships, and a Digital Shopping Festival Producer. Ping us if interested."
I know Verb is a customer of Rockwater, but I was thinking, what are the chances it's Verb. Sure sounds like it though, but Rockwater has a number of customers that are into Livestreaming in some form or fashion.
I click on one of the links and guess who I see?
Verb is hiring a bunch of additional team members. Going all in on LiveStreaming.
One job, they are looking for someone that has experience managing a 9 figure P&L. For your non-Accountants, that is 100,000,000M+
"Proven track record of 9-figure P&L ownership and team leadership"
"Based on thousands of hours of research on the creator economy and social commerce, we’ve built an engaging shopping experience, and will launch a series of shopping festivals throughout 2022, beginning in Q1.
I like the marketing thinking on that one.
Festivals is a visual word
12 open positions, but who's counting, eh?
Looks like the current team might be overloaded with demand already and scaling this up
Also have to have funding to scale and of course acquisitions.
As I said many times, I'd raise $10M to blow this up to $100M to start. Based on the documents filed this week. Seems like the plan stan.
