"I don't know the reason for today's cancellation but if it's related to Amarex I DON'T see that as positive.
The court has granted an injunction already and arbitration next year will decide the monetary issues. There is nothing to settle except the bill next year.
However IF the cancellation is Amarex related I see that as most likely for a negative reason. My conjecture being tomorrow the $6.5 million Bond is due. If Cytodyn has been unable to secure a bondsman, then Sidley would have to notify the court. I could see a judge demanding immediate answers and requiring all interested parties to attend especially since Amarex is due to start their requirements for handing over data on Monday(which would make a CC attendance unfeasible if all the parties are required to be in court).
Again, that is NOT what I believe has happened, only that IF the CC was delayed due to Amarex issues that is the more likely scenario IMHO.
As for the suggestion that Amarex is attempting to overturn the court order on February 23rd that is 100% not the case. That date is for discussion of who will pay the legal and court costs. The injunction has already been granted."
