Dear Fellow Shareholders: I understand your concern with regard to the share price. Let me see if I can explain what is going on within Rapid Fire Marketing to bring shareholders up to date on what this Company is doing. First of all, we have made it a policy to not announce forward looking items in news releases. We will only announce items that are done and finished and with written permission of those other entities that we are working with. So, yes, the news has been a bit thin lately but we still feel it is best to follow a course of announcing only completed items… Corporate Items Yes, we are raising money because we need to get this Company fully reporting as quickly as possible so that we may access better funding . As I said so many times in the past, there are no good financing options for companies that are not fully reporting. To that end we are working with two firms to get ourselves to fully reporting status. This is an expensive and work intensive process. We will announce the identity of these firms once we have their permission to do so. In the meantime, we have transferred all of our financial records for audit and we are in process of finishing the 10K. These are important steps to getting this company to the next level whereby we can access much better and more funding options. Here is the sequence of events as they are expected to occur: This process will likely take a total of 3-6 months to get us to fully reporting status. Once there, we can tap into much better funding which we have already arranged . CANNAcig Update The High Times Medical Cannabis Cup was a great success for us especially from the standpoint of picking up several additional distributors. We are working today on finalizing purchase agreements for the CANNAcig for up to 12 distributors. We are also in negotiations with online retailers to place the CANNAcig on high traffic ecommerce vapor inhaler sites . We will have a complete news release on all of these items within the next day or two. Media Updates We are currently working on a deal with a large media outlet for the purpose of advertising the CANNAcig Vapor Inhaler. I expect to hear something on this by later today. Finally, I know it has been a rough ride, but there are a lot of great things going on with this Company. We have assembled a great team and we are all carrying this business forward. We expect to develop a very successful business over the next few months and into the foreseeable future. Tom Allinder
