This is still much too negative in my personal vie

AE37 development. It is very expensive to run a phase III clinical trial (phase II being successfully completed), and GNBT simply does not have the funding for. Hence the attempt to raise money through the NGIO IPO, which seems to be blocked for at least one year now by the SEC, who seems to keep investigating the company, starting with that deep dive in the 2019 10-K, and whatever else is currently going on.
Oral-Lyn development. Identical situation. It was very unfortunate that the FDA refused the first application for market approval. Then they did the reformulation in the lab, and now it requires another round of phase III clinical trials, which Joe repeatedly said (I personally asked such questions during more than one CC) that it is his intention to run the required clinical trials as soon as other parts of the company (e.g. Olaregen throuch Excellegen sales) have generated the required funding.
Excellegen sales. You actually are aware that we have been in a pandemic in the last 2 years. And again it was very unfortunate, and surely not Joe's or Olaregen's fault, that shortly after the received the VA hospital's holding company approval and sales numbers just started to ramp up, that all VA hospitals were shut down and thus Olaregen's business with them was shut down again.
General lack of communication from the companies to us shareholders. I think I made my standpoint very clear. It is obvious that the company is ready and willing to communicate with us. As a clear indication that this is so, I understand Todd's quick responses to a lot of emails with the message "we are currently not able to publish updates". So it has very little to do with not being willing to or intentionally wanting to leave us out in the cold and rain, but that they are - for some/whatever reason - currently NOT ABLE to do so. Someone/-thing is not allowing them to do so, or terrible consequences will apply.
I think you get my point, and I do not need to continue. It is very easy to criticize Joe's leadership and I am the last to glorify his achievements, however, I do not think that your blaming everything on him personally, is by no means fair neither.
Again, as mentioned before, I do not have more knowledge than anybody else on here, so especially the last part about communication or the lack thereof is, of course, only my assumption. But your "the sky is falling" message contain a lot of (negative) assumptions as well. So why not just give them the benefit of a doubt? And assume that the current situation is actually not their fault, and when I add 2 and 2 together, at least to me, this really sounds like it.
