I have to disagree a bit with you on this. Basica

Generex / Nugenerex for all their faults have delivered at some point in their existence. The cancer drug has shown promise. That was delivered going on 10 years of trials. Excellagen, that was delivered. We have some deals that supposedly have been delivered and we are still waiting on information of some kind with them.
The point being is some have delivered; others have been flops. We don't know what we don't know and that is the issue right now. We have CEO that looks bad at the current time and it's his own fault right now. Hopefully that will be addressed somehow. We have a board of directors that apparently has no backdown, which we will see if they grow one. But again, we will see. We have several huge deals on the table that are still apparently in play and we will see what happens with them. There are still deals we have no clue about that I would like to know what is going on.
Being at .05 is utterly ridiculous whether anyone wants to see this company succeed or not. How it got here does not matter. How it gets out of here does. Joe can sit there and bad mouth his competitors all he wants which does no good or he can fix all of this and get it all going again. He made a ton of promises which not one came true. He let his 'hundreds of thousands' of shareholders completely down. Totally. Now, he needs to man up and fix this once and for all and make it worth something. For Generex, for NuGenerex, for the hundreds of thousands of shareholders, for those who depend on the science. We are all waiting.
