Understand staffing shortages are everywhere. I went to 3 UPS stores and all 3 were closed due to low staff. Staffing is affecting everyone. Government agencies are slow as is and with people not working and calling out sick. Everyone is dealing with low or inexperienced staff. Its a process, its gonna take time. I know that's frustrating for some to hear, but COVID slowed down a lot and it didn't and will not get fixed overnight.
