To answer your question, I don't have a client in connection with CYDY, I have stock. That being said, sometimes, one's client is 100% guilty and the video and audio proves it beyond a shadow of a doubt, so there is no way to "win" other than to take a plea deal, if one is even offered. It's about being smart and knowing when NOT to fight because what you're being offered is as good as it is going to get. And yes, I have been in that position before. It sucks, but it beats the alternative.
