I agree Super and concur with WB! The 'change' we are seeing in communication (lack thereof) is drastic from the past. There is no frequent hype and stockholder pacifying anymore. No need for such when you know you have something solid brewing behind the scenes that will soon please all stockholders WHEN announced. Never leak out news that might hinder negotiations. YES, NDA's DO exist and are frequently an agreed requirement during those negotiations. Especially when the negotiations are for a merger or buyout!
My only concern of such an occurrence (buyout) is that the 'family' (Whelans), if they own the majority of stock, which seems likely due to their note loan 50% discounted price stock conversions, will have the final say so of the buyout price. And that price might be lucrative to the 'family' due to the massive amount of shares they have from there 50% discounted priced stock, but not so much to all other stockholders. I wish we could get a report of the maximum number of shares that will be outstanding after all loan conversions. We have, I think 25 billion shares OS and another 25 billion AS. The AS is there for creating stock for those loan conversions, I assume. So maybe we can assume that a buyout price will have
to be divided among 50 billion shares (I have heard as much as 60 bil.). Also KW's deferred interest will have to be paid to her and the 'family' (IBEX & St. Johns) prior to cutting up the proceeds from a buyout, to stockholders. This could be why she had no problem deferring interest. And that might be good news as she did so because she knows there is a buyout in the making.
With all THAT said, we still want to see the stock price rise as high as possible with company progress (SALES) even before all this speculation becomes reality. All stock price buyout price negotiations start at what the market values a company at. And right now that is .0011, So let's hope we get some serious company progress that will boost the stock
price UP, for the benefit of ALL the stockholders, not just the 'family'.
