Sorry, Shelly, but no, this is NOT just the manipulation we've seen for 6 years...this is the failure to acceptably and undeniably deliver time and time again for 6 years. EVERYTHING that CYDY does is barely up to bare minimum standards and therefore the FDA and others can easily refute it. We must be undeniable, and management doesn't seem to get that.
The FDA says "We want X" and CYDY constantly replies "Ok, we'll give you X-30%" and then plays the victim when the FDA doesn't approve it. "Oh the world is against us!" cry the longs. That's just not so.
BP doesn't need to spend time manipulating the SP or wait for the SP to go down another few pennies so they can save $10 million in purchasing CYDY...there are no offers for buyout or partnership just yet, and there is a reason for that and it is NOT a conspiracy. BP doesn't have to do anything but keep letting CYDY management be CYDY management, and the lowering of the SP and thus buyout price will take care of itself. It's sickening how much time has been wasted with half-assed trials, choosing the wrong CRO's and ill-timed BTD filings.
