This is not a complete answer but best i can do. UNVC previous had syringe manufacturing plant in New York on of the best anti stick feature. The plant closed and manufacturing moved to china. I don't think it's a UNVC owned plant. Soon after Doc sold most of the business and UNVC went dark. I have seen government procurement documents later than that date. I sure it moved to PPI and reporting under harvest most likely part of the 200+ million revenue. But the syringe is branded UNVC so the name stayed no legal reason he could not to keep the name for marketing
