I like you don't know why the BTD request was denied. The idea that there was a dosage confusion would be consistent with our problems with the FDA, though I would claim the FDA must bear much of the burden for those confusions.
We all blamed the management for the HIV problems, for example, until we actually read the FDA letter, at which point we finally the incompetence (or worse) from Amarex, thanks to Dr. Recknow. As Ohm points out, Amarex might have had a hand in (messing up) the trial data for us.
Management has done a lot of crap here, consistently making promises they don't keep. So I'm not absolving them for everything. But it looks to me like the FDA should have given us the damn BTD already.
