Hey guys, see everyone's out in force here... awesome board... the best there is!!!
I'll chime in with the following as I think these are the facts we all know at this time:
Dr. Dalton remains talking to some... doesn't matter what; wouldn't tell anything really bad or really good as it would definitely be 'insider'
Dalton has filed a 144 to be able to sell shares he has said for the benefit of the business... I believe that will be coming up in six months from filing which was 10/22/21 ... I sure hope Dalton wants the pps to be up high to bring in really large funds for his business.
This is really quite the buying opportunity, especialy for those who were buying at .07 and above or even .06... rational/logical right?
Who would be selling unless desperate to do so... or scared pps is only going down? I personally cannot see unvc just continually going down to .00 ... we really don't know what this business is or its worth ... only that Dalton's trying to acquire mental health clinics worth $17M and in partnership with bioRemediesMD.
Anything else? Please chime in... love the vibe and life of this board!
